Now- it takes some time to make food this good, but worth the time to get something so scrumptious!
Not good. Completely messed up our take-out order. Did not show any remorse to fix it.
I find myself having mixed feelings about this place. It’s hit or miss and I always take a gamble when I enter the premises. As I walk through the doors, I always question myself; “Is the food going to be good?”, “Will the server be attentive?”, “Is the seafood fresh?”, “Will my order come out in a respectable time?”, and “should have just gone to Applebee’s in PF?”. I feel as if this place has no authenticity, originality, or practicality. I am not expecting a lot when I come into the restaurant, I mean it’s the best Italian restaurant in Calvert County… that’s because it is the only one (I do not count Three Brothers). All I can say is be prepared for second-rate Italian food, and for the prices being an exorbitant amount the food should have a much higher rate in quality. I give the place three stars and if not for the décor it would have been two.
Made me feel like I had an Italian GiGi, who made her best dishes for me. I can't wait to come back!
Always have good service except on 10/21/17. I called in an order and someone didn’t turn it in so when I got there 25mins later of course it wasn’t ready. One of the servers helped and told the cooks to make mine right away and they didn’t. I waited an hour for a pick up order. They didn’t do anything to make it right other then make it like they should have to begin with. Plus I ordered some kids meals and calamari that got cold while I waited for the pizza that they did not put a rush on. I’m sure this was all because the owner Sal wasn’t there yet.
Eggplant Parmigiana was old/spoiled. Paid and walked out. Server was apologetic. Bad experience.
Warm bread to go with?! Where's my couch for the nap I'm going to need?
