Went into to Burger King to order a large fry. Asked for a fresh fry because there was a basket of fries that had been out of he grease for 10 minutes while I waited in line for my order. I asked the cashier for fresh fries and yet a women walked out of the office with washing her hands and began dumping the stale fries and serving them I stated that I wanted fresh fries. She developed an attitude and then went back over to serve he fresh fries with out washing her hands. I then asked for a refund and was treated as though I was the enemy. The ast manager came of the office and did not ask me why I wanted a refund or what happened just that they were not sure how to complete the refund. They finally gave a refund a manager refund. I watched every employee none of the cashiers washed there hands as they juggled customers and cash. Very frustrating as fries are my weakness and burger kings up until today where the best. I have officially divorced Burger King as of today. Just wanted to share this information with the public as people often wonder how they get sick and it is location and staff that do not follow the rules. I would have given no stars if it were possible.
Great service. Excellent food. Way better than the alternative, which is a McDonald's down the street that seems like its hellbent on being the worst and dedicated to pushing away customers.
I walked in at around 9 and they close at 10.All the chairs were up on the tables like they wore closed.I walk in and asked if they wore opened, the Manager JESS made a smart comment,and told me if i didnt see the doors, open.The only reason i had asked was because all the chairs were up and there was nobody there.Once i got inside the Manager JESS would not stop making faces at me .And i felt discriminated.I dont recommend at all.!!!
Ever see #BarRescue ..If this location also served alcohol.. It'd be a nice dive!! The wait, the attitude, unhygienic, and sticky floors are one thing but to standing in a puddle of piss and try staying any longer made my visit hell!
This is the best, most consistent quality, reasonably fast, and pleasant BurgerKing I have ever been to. Follow up: I've been eating here almost a year now, and they continue to perform at a high level. You expect there to be ups and downs, but the veggies in the salads and sandwiches are always crisp and fresh. For fast food I am tempted to raise my review to 5stars.
