I bought my first house with Matt and Jill around 2008. I was totally fed up with the military housing and the way we were being treated. From the first phone call I felt like I could rely on them. They gave us great advice and we looked at a LOT of properties before finally picking one. Fast forward and I have used them to quickly and easily sell a property and buy another! They are always there when I have a question whether it has to do with a property they helped me with or not. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone whether you know exactly what you want (the second time ish) or have no clue (the first!) because they are as involved as I needed every step of the way.
Called with an urgent situation of needing a property soon for an upcoming move and was helped at first. This made us hold off on other potential properties and we filled out an application. They then told us that the property may be sold and they were waiting to see if the buyer actually went through. After this we received nothing but radio silence from them for a day even after leaving a message and calling several times throughout the entire span of their business hours with a few other questions and looking for an update. They finally replied after 2 more calls the next morning via text saying "We are in a meeting. We will be giving you a call shortly. Thank you." This was at 9 AM and more false hope. When 7 PM came I called one more time after several failed attempts and then sent them a text stating that we would no longer like our application processed and that we would be leaving a negative review of their company online. Not 5 MINUTES later did I receive a phone call and voice mail followed up by several text messages. This is the most negative experience I have ever had with a Real estate agency and it is clear to me that they only care about their image.
Matt was great. Very helpful and patient. He only suggested and showed us what we wanted to see. We took a long time (over a year) to find the place we wanted and he was always there to help and answer questions anytime. Great agent who really helped us find our happy home.
I met both Jill and Matt 7 years ago and the service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to fit into my busy schedule. Since then I've referred my professionals colleagues and friends to them and are using their services again to sell and purchase another home. Keep up the exceptional work.
Matt and Jill are awesome! Their patience and hospitality is unmatched. I never once felt rushed or swayed in any direction and they took the time and effort to get a good understanding of what I was looking for. Their schedule always seemed to fit mine. I am new to the Southern Maryland area and my house-hunting experience doubled as a tour as I was able to get a feel for the various communities around my future workplace. The result -- I found a home that I love and in an area that perfectly suits me. I would HIGHLY recommend them!
