Connie couldn't have been more helpful. My power of attorney was old and the state wouldn't have recognized it, so Connie made herself available to help me get a new power of attorney. She is also a notary so she even made herself available to help re-notarize a new power of attorney for me. I was in a difficult stage and she was so helpful.

Wish I could say I had the same experience everyone else did, a happy, positive simple experience. Instead we had an awful experience with Ellie. This is not emotions talking, this was our experience, she was extremely rude along with a self entitled attitude. We felt like a constant aggravation to her when we had any questions that were important to us and I had nasty remarks made by her in text messages, not to mention she then had audacity to talk bad about us to our agent which is a good friend of mine! To top everything off she let us move into a filthy house with us having to hire a professional cleaner at our expense the same day as we were moving in and was non compliant. Not recommended.
Karen Gray is awesome. The most remarkable quality that she possesses is to prioritize her clients. We felt that we were her only clients throughout the entire 2 year ordeal !
