Dr. Gergely, told me I was just stressed and had no reason to be depressed. The next week the VA diagnosed me with PTSD! Thanks, Doctor for nothing, except a $130 bill. I only gave one star because it wont let you put ZERO stars. So, if you miss an appointment, they charge you a $60 no-show fee, and then in less than 6 weeks they send it collections. REALLY!?!?! Can I charge them or get $60 off my bill when I wait longer than an hour?! Heck no!
This office is about money period. They know as parents we run into traffic. We live an hour away. So these doctors, which this woman isn’t even a doctor, sits and counts the clock, until 10 minutes passes so they can cancel you and collect 60.00 fee. Who does that? That way she can sit on her lazy ass for 45 minutes doing nothing.

Not only is she unethical but if you’re 5 minutes or 10 minutes late she cancels you’re whole appointment and makes you pay 60.00. My daughter and I were in the office and begged her to see my daughter!! She just got out of the hospital and is a child!! And we have the best insurance. I told her bill my insurance and go over an extra 5 minutes if you have to. She said “no”! So she took my 60.00. However, these doctors have no problem make me wait an hour for them. And she just stood there talking with the office receptionists for 25 minutes in front of my child but wouldn’t see her even though it was HER APPOINTMENT TIME. She’s garbage and the office staff is rude and trash.
Have been with Patty for at least 15 years. I love Patty she has worked with many members of my family. In the last year or so there has been an office change the new girls are rude and have know clue what they are doing. three times now I have called and made appointments only to drive an hour and be told I didn't have one. They then charged me 30 to have a script written. I have had the office call meds into my pharmacy that were not mine. I've been called and asked my insurance info only to find out I wasn't the person they were trying to get a hold of. I hate leaving Patty but I can not deal with her office staff.
Have never even seen the Dr. in the office.
Nurse Kane has been patient with my daughter, but also does not seem very interested in helping, beyond prescribing meds.
My Daughter has been seen there for two years, and is no better after all this time.
