Highly recommended group of doctocs and nurse practitioners. Have been going to them for several years and can always get in to see someone when the need arises. I have never felt rushed if I have questions or concerns that I need to have addressed.

The Doctor told me I could not discuss concerns and issues I had brought to my appointment after discussing very briefly two concerns that I had, thinking there would be do problem to discuss my other medical issues. The doctor was rude during this appointment, and arrogant telling me my appointment was scheduled for only ten minutes, and that she had to go to lunch, as well as, that she has other patients. I was literally stunned by her behavior as she abruptly existed the examination room returning briefly to leave two prescriptions she had written on the counter before waltzing out the room. I complained during check out at the Front Desk, and the Administrative staff attempted to answer my additional medical concerns. Yes, you heard me right, the non-medical Administrative Staff attempted to respond to medical issues I had for what it was worth.
I've only had experience with Dr. Ouwinga but I have to say this office and their practices are awful. The doctor does not bring my file with her to the room, meets with me standing in the doorway, and does not give any credit to my concerns. She informs me of nothing and does not respond with any medical advice or alternatives. in addition it's very hard to get ahold of someone on the staff to call me back or follow through in under a week
