So after all this I'm definitely not going back unless I need something in an absolute pinch. Hopefully I've helped my fellow consumers to find alternate and "professional " bow shops. From now on I'll take my business elsewhere, and buy ammo and supplies online if I can. If I could give 0 stars I would. Lastly I don't have a closed mind, I've seen people and businesses change for the better. If they did so I'd take the time to write them a better review. But until then they could use a good lesson in common sense, costumer service, and manners... Peace ✌

Great place, I shop here frequently. Staff is knowledgable and pleasant to do business with. They are fair priced on merchandise and will not BS you. I recommend all my buddies to get any bow maintenance or work done through here.

Last fall I was sighting in my shotgun ( on a led sled at 100yds ) and the ammo I was using wasn't grouping well. I went back and asked them about different ammunition, they acted like I didn't know what I was doing or talking about . They even said.. "Maybe you can't shoot.."... Did I forget to mention I was using a led sled? Regardless I did find the right ammunition for my gun and grouped a 2 " circle at 100yds.

All of that considered I made my hunting season purchases online or at the neighborhood big box. All said and done it was about $1200 in gear and essentials. Granted it would have been closer to $1800 if I bought it there, but I would have done it if I didn't feel like I was being nickel and dimed and then given lack luster customer Service. No they can't order parts for my Xbow, but I can and they'll install them.

I just don't get it. I think they only reason they are in business is because they are the only game in town. I won't be going back there. The only reason they got two stars is because they do seem to know what they are talking about, but again too many things going against them and it's all things they could reverse with some solid leadership and customer service practices.

Awesome experience with these guys! Chuck helped set the wife up with her first bow, showing her all the basics & helped us with a new crossbow that wasn't bought there. We'll definetly be going back for any of our archery needs will we live in MD!

I really try to support my local shops. I like the community and insight they can provide, but this place is not like that. Yes the prices are sky high. Yes there is a $10 minimum purchase for debit card. Yes, there is a $1 surcharge if paying for a hunting/fishing license with a debit/CC. Maybe I could disregard those inconveniences if they were stated up front, but add the lack luster customer service and it's simply not worth it.

Nice staff with good service. Has a good (real) Bow tech onsite. Not some department store guy who had 4 hours of video training who now thinks he can mess with your $1000+ bow. Only 4 stars due to lack of selection for hunting.

My sister and brother in law bought a pair of bows last year.. Sighting the bows at my house later that evening, I noticed they were carelessly put together. The sight, the peep, they didn't even give them the correct spine arrows according to the length of draw and draw weight setting. If you're going to be a professional bow shop and dealer, it would be wise to set the bow up and have it in condition to be sighted in and ready to go hunting that day..

gets treated the same way as well.

The last straw however was yesterday when I went there to buy a fishing license. The gentleman behind the counter was the same one I bought the ammo from in the fall, and the same one my sister said was rude to her as well. He had the same perfunctory demeanor I remembered. When he went to ring me up, he let me know that he was charging me an extra dollar for using a check card... Really?

The main reason why I'm writing this review however, is due to their lack of manners and costumer service skills. I see a lot of reviews where people are saying they are friendly.. It must be towards people they've known for a long time because I've never been in there where I felt welcome. My sister said she
