I always recommend them to my friends and I'll keep coming back whenever I'm in the mood for a mani/pedi.
I went here on Sunday and I told the guy I wanted the gel polish with a French and he put the powder,and I went to go pay after I was done and he told me it was sixty dollars,I'm never going back here again
I wish I could give “No Stars”. I used to love going here to get my eyebrows waxed, but lately the lady has been extremely rude! The first time I chalked it up to her having a bad day, but after having rude customer service a second time I won’t be going back to see if the third time is a charm. I will definitely be going elsewhere.
I've come here at least 3 times over the last 6 months and never had a bad experience! The place is very pretty and clean, plus their spa packages are great. I feel like for what I get with one of their mani/pedi combos I'm getting a great value.
They don't know how to do nails AT ALL!!!! They are over priced and have no customer service skills. I went there tonight for the first time and I will NEVER go back. I hate my nails, it looks like a 5yr old did them. They're lumpy and uneven and half polished. It was a complete waste of money and time and I would never recommend them. They don't care about how you look or feel when you leave; they only care about getting their money. All she asked about was a tip. Smh. Such a horrible shop!!!
The first time I went I had a man named John do my nails they turned out perfect. I go back 2 weeks later for a fill-in another man does it and he literally ravaged and destroyed them. I don't know what he was trying to do some unknown geometrical shape. He had to cut them down literally half the link to fix them did them so thin I had to literally pull my hand away from his grip to get him to stop what he was doing period I've had three Nails just peel off in a matter of 11 days and I sit at a desk all day and type I'm not doing hard labor. I called to see if they would fix them I already paid to have one nail fixed but they won't fix them I have to pay to get it fixed even though it was their mistake. Terrible I think there's really only two good decent people there John and Trish beware and ask for them don't just walk in
