Went on line saw what I wanted went to the store sale person listened to what I said and place with what I wanted. Delivery was on time and quick. Guys were very good.
I had an absolutely amazing experience buying my new mattress with David if it wasn't for him we would not have purchased a matches today he went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with a purchase I would recommend anybody to this mattress store especially to work with David. He definitely deserves a promotion.

Ramona was very nice and helpful. However, the delivery people were rude, we did not receive an email letting us know a 3 hours time frame as to when they would deliver the mattress, the delivery people did not want to take the old mattress and box springs, argued with us over it, finally left without it, and they didn't want to set the bed up the way we had requested it to be done. We went to the store to complain, Ramona listened to everything we had to say, called about our complaints of the delivery people, and called to have the pick up fees and the additional $150.00 that we had to pay to have the mattress removed, from our bill. We received the bill today, and of course, the fess are not removed. The response was "they are backed up". "It will be removed, I promise" . Well, I promise I'll pay my bill sometime, but I'm backed up. How does that sound to you? Needless to say, at this point, you can come and pick everything up. I will never again go to Mattress Warehouse. I will be certain to go to your competitor. This has not been a good experience at all.
I wish that I had not waited so long to buy a better mattress! Over the last 12 months, I would periodically stop into a mattress store. I bought two mattresses from Ramona, who is a very good, reliable salesperson. Over three separate visits to her store, she probably spent a total of three hours explaining the differences between mattresses and letting me make my own decision at my own pace. No pressure whatsoever, which I really appreciated. I am sleeping much better -- no more flip-flopping throughout the night, which had been happening just about every night. I am a believer -- good sleep matters! Thank you, Ramona!
