Avoid this agents office at all costs. I have been a loyal State Farm customer for over 20 year in four different states. I have never had any issues until I moved to MD. Previously, I would have said State Farm was the best at customer service. I hope this is just a bad experience with one office.
1) Couldn't be bothered to assist with claim with against another insurance when my parked car was hit. Found out later, that your agent could assist on your behalf.
Great service, phone is always answered right away by a real person and they start helping you right away. Helped me greatly through an accident where I was not at fault.
2) Auto pay expired and couldn't be bothered to notify via phone or email - costing $800 in fines from MVA and increase in premiums, because of establishing a new policy.
