My child use to attend Mile High Karate. After about six months of attending he started to loose interest and the instructors failed to motivate him. I approached them for advise and was ignored, I feel because I told them that I didn't want my son to attend the leadership program ( for an EXTRA fee of course ) because I couldn't commit to the extra time and I didn't feel like my son was ready since we had just started. Shortly there after my son fell and broke his arm (Monkey bars at school ) and was unable to attend. When his arm was well enough my son didn't want to go back. I continued to pay the whole year like it was stated on my contract and they continued to take money out of my account after the year was up for 5 months even after several calls from my wife and my self. I keep getting the run around or they don't answer the phone. Its a shame that their true colors came out because I really liked Sascha Williams, Ricky Flores and the rest of the instructors at first I thought they really cared. I saw first hand how you were shun if you didn't want to spend more money. My son is highly motivated by goals and once he noticed that no matter how hard he tried he wasn't going to be promoted he started lossing focus, that's when I stepped in and asked Sascha what my son needed to do to promote? Sascha would give him a list and once my son would do the list, there was another list and another but no promotion. then the accident happen and here we are.
