Worst experience of my life. That's all I can say.
I've tried this place twice & both times I was highly disappointed. I paid extra for an upgraded pedicure, Waste of money. I was done in 30 minutes. They rushed & weren't that busy. My polish was so thick it took forever to dry. I finally just left, and will never go back. I've never even left a review on google before but felt the need so others don't waste their time of money. Highly disappointed.
I went there to get my acrylic nails off and when they we’re taking them off the person doing my nails kept leaving me there, at the table, going to another costumer while there were three other employees that could work on her. Then they drilled my nails down too thin. After that they told me to wait at the drying station and I sat there for an hour waiting for my nails to “dry” even though they were already dry the first 15 minutes of me sitting there. Finally after an hour of sitting there and the employees doing their own nails one of them came up to me and said I was done. It was $10 and my nails were thin, they didn’t file them well (they were sqaures... pointy sides) and I was there for a half and hour too long. This was the worst experience I’ve had there. And they won’t be expecting me back.
Have been a regular for several years and unfortunately have watched cleanliness decline. Today, I pointed out to tech that tub had water in it from, possibly, last customer. Tech had attitude while wiping out tub and then owner moved me to next seat. Tech continued to serve me and at the first moment when he acted unprofessionally I should have stopped him and left. While my nails were drying, he made a point to clean the tub, spraying cleaner on my legs in the process. He may have been having a bad day...but no excuse, really. The nails look okay but experience was not. I spoke with owner and said that I wanted him to succeed...he just needs a little customer service training.
Arrived 20 minutes after they opened and there was only one person there. Staff called others in to assist him. The wait was not bad. The place looks fine and the chairs were comfortable. Prices reasonable. This is clearly my first impression. The nail tech failed to actually put lotion on my feet, if she did then I missed it and my skin ate it. Not to mention she was a bit rough and was distracted. She forgot to put a top coat on my toes. My pedicure was okay, despite the rough filing job. Overall, it was ok if you need to get your appendages done, but not a place I would seek out. I will not be going back.
