Pushy salesman just needed a replacement phone and got a lot of lip about not buying a case or protection package. Talked to me as if I was a child and charged me a 10 buck fee(undisclosed)n addition to tax for WHAT? I will never go here again Prince Frederick store much more friendly

I came in to get help with my phone not activating on its own but was told that I had to go to another store for help and refused to even look at my phone to see if he could fix it, he told me they would replace whatever and that it was basically not his problem
